I deliver the unglamorous and the fancy, the data model, the role of the system in the operation, the thing that has to be right for every person in the interaction chain, customers, staff, exec, specialist, regulator. As a pragmatist and curious personality. I prioritise person-to-person interaction, with the right people in the room.
